Orders are sent to you via the ROYAL MAIL within the UK and via PARCELFORCE internationally. Orders sent within the UK should arrive between 2-3 business days after dispatch, except for outlying areas.

If you have any concerns over delivery timings please feel free to get in touch with us so that we can personally ensure your order gets to you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses unless by specific arrangement - please contact us by e-mail on email@example.com.
We will always try to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. If we do not have the item/s in stock, we will quickly advise you of this and let you know how long it will take for us to make up your order especially for you. Orders are sent to you via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery for all items £50+. Orders sent within the UK should arrive 2 to 3 days after dispatch, except for outlying areas. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. Should the recipient not be at the delivery address provided the Royal Mail will leave your parcel at your local depot to be collected at your convenience.
Next day delivery is available for orders being sent within the UK. We must receive all orders by 3pm GMT for Next Day dispatch. If ordered after 3pm goods will be packaged and dispatched the following day. Should you have any urgent requests for delivery please get in touch as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We send a receipt for all orders, which is generated automatically upon purchase of goods. If you do not receive a receipt or lose it please get in touch for us to reissue.
GRACE GORDON operates a full, 14-day Returns Policy. If you'd like a refund, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and post-paid, together with the details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that the cost of the delivery cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you. All returns must be clearly marked 'RETURN' to the front of the postage label/ parcel.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your choice of goods for some while, or at all, we will contact you for instructions. Providing a telephone number or e-mail address with your order makes it easier for us to contact you in this event.
